Terrible. Didn't even give us the right room. We couldn't get ahold of the hotel to let them know we would be late, had to call Hotels.com just to have them put down on our reservation that we would be getting there late. Front desk was nowhere in sight, except for a sign on a phone that said "push 0 for service" because they were hiding in the room behind the counter. Just terrible This hotel was absolutely lousy. Though the room did not smell of smoke, the hallways did. The front desk service was poor. The shower faucet was running - not dripping - literally a steady flow. Room had many many stains - I'm hoping the red ones were wine. And a 10:55am, the front desk clerk went room to room banging on doors telling everyone to get out (her words were actually just yelling that checkout was at 11). Awful! Find another hotel This hotel was filthy. I was given a room that had not even been cleaned from the last guest and had to ask for another room. The second room was also disgusting. I went to Walmart and bought my own towel, blanket, pillow and some shower shoes. The toilet ran all night and the bathroom sink faucet dripped into the clogged sink - drip, drip, drip. The room wasn’t ready. The only clean room they had at the time was a Queen bed. so 2 had to sleep on the floor. they didn’t even have any extra sheets or pillows to use on the floor.

upon arriving at the hotel - there was no one at the front desk in the lobby. After waiting 10 min, I used the phone on the desk and dialed the hotel operator - the phone rang without being answered - for 20 min. I finally called the reservations desk to report the issue, when the front desk clerk came out of the backroom behind the front desk. Booked a month in advance through Expedia. Arrived and hotel did not have a room for us. Was charged full price for the room we booked, although we had to find another room at full expense, on our room. I do not recommend the property or Expedia for that matter. I will be leaving poor reviews for both anywhere possible.
