The lobby, hallways, breakfast room, elevator is all extremely dirty old and outdated. Please invest in new flooring or more dedicated staff to keep the property clean. I was given 4 cards to my room none of which worked. Getting into my room was very difficult and frustrating

The hotel was dirty and front desk person was rude. We were put in an occupied room first, then a room with paint in the Charlie’s. No Tv in the bedroom, no cable and fire alarm hanging off the wall. The residents were obviously mostly workers from the hotel. Walking up the corridor smelled of trash and fish. The floor we were assingned to smelled of cigarettes, the floor was dirty. My husband and I were unable to stay at the hotel. It was disgusting.

Bad experience The pillows where horrible I had a headache next day because of that, also the light in the restroom didn’t work and the water drip in the bathroom was really annoying

Nasty place and unhelpful workers. There is not enough staff in this place. One worker was doing everything and she was very unhappy about all this. The rooms are as nasty as the halls.

The room was filthy, the staff wasn't very nice and was never at the front desk. Will definitely NOT be back

The people tried to put us in an already occupied room and then when they put us in another room they tried to put someone in our room.

No tissue, no kitchen utensils, front desk attendant always absent and no mat in front of entrance while raining outside.. I almost slipped.

Never again No towels, no pillows, no trash can, no front desk help after complaining, no sheets, when checking in the MANAGER kept telling me I didn't pay even after giving confirmation number. By 130am I finally called other extended stay to check out. It was ridiculous. I will be filing proper complaints.
