Nasty place and unhelpful workers. There is not enough staff in this place. One worker was doing everything and she was very unhappy about all this. The rooms are as nasty as the halls.

The room was filthy, the staff wasn't very nice and was never at the front desk. Will definitely NOT be back

The people tried to put us in an already occupied room and then when they put us in another room they tried to put someone in our room.

No tissue, no kitchen utensils, front desk attendant always absent and no mat in front of entrance while raining outside.. I almost slipped.

Never again No towels, no pillows, no trash can, no front desk help after complaining, no sheets, when checking in the MANAGER kept telling me I didn't pay even after giving confirmation number. By 130am I finally called other extended stay to check out. It was ridiculous. I will be filing proper complaints.

The staff was rude from the moment we checked in. The grounds of the hotel were dirty with broken glass in several areas of the parking lot. Hallways were filthy with trash everywhere. There were no extra linens. No sheets for the pull out sofa. We attempted to do the "free" breakfast. It was muffins, water and coffee. The dining area was also dirty so I didnt even feel comfortable eating there. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after the first. My kids and i did not feel comfortable there. Needs to be condemned This place should be condemned. We had to wait almost 20 minutes to check in. While waiting, we saw how I kept the facility was. Items that need to be stored away were all over the front desk. Several residents came to the front desk to report a request that had went undone. Trash all over the place. Loud barking was heard from inside a guest room.

Bad representation of hotel brand poorly managed and dirty rooms, broken appliances, painted bath tubs chipping.
