The staff was rude from the moment we checked in. The grounds of the hotel were dirty with broken glass in several areas of the parking lot. Hallways were filthy with trash everywhere. There were no extra linens. No sheets for the pull out sofa. We attempted to do the "free" breakfast. It was muffins, water and coffee. Needs to be condemned This place should be condemned. We had to wait almost 20 minutes to check in. While waiting, we saw how I kept the facility was. Items that need to be stored away were all over the front desk. Several residents came to the front desk to report a request that had went undone. Trash all over the place. Loud barking was heard from inside a guest room.

Big Time Disappointment.. Understaffed as well.. and Perez at the front desk as absolutely amazing with trying to accommodate.
Don't do it if you don't have to! The room itself was nice, but the bedding was dirty. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in. The sofa bed mattress was just nasty. I wouldn't even let me daughter sleep on it. Someone scratched the crap out of my car and they don't have outside surveillance, so nothing could be done. It is not somewhere I will be staying again.

The absolutely worst hotel that I have ever booked. Me and my family came in before midnight to check in and they said that they have given our room away. We drove all night excited to finally lay down in bed after a long drive to find out our room was given to another and on top of that, they considered us as a no show and was charged.

This place was awful. Dirty rooms, dust on everything, bugs dirt in bathroom, trash from previous guests left behind. Stained walls, amenities listed on website are LIES. Peeling paint and tiles in the bathroom. Neglectful and disinterested staff. Burn holes in blankets and carpet, hallways smelled and debris in hallway not cleaned. Phone in the room wasnt even connected, no phone jack.
