We actually left about ten minutes after checking in. On the way to our room there were literally piles of garbage that wreaked. Inside the unlocked room were large red carpet stains that were unsettling. We went to the front desk to request a different room and everyone had left. No one would answer the phone either. We went to a different hotel.

Bad times in Austin There were maintenance issues that were never addressed, and there was no manager to talk to, the “grab and go” breakfast was a joke. The last day there was nothing at all.

Bad Hotel...Avoid it! This is a bad hotel. The hotel was dirty and smelly. There is no security, meaning that any person can come in to the hotel/pool area. There was a really sketchy/suspicious guy that came to the pool area and wanted to speak to my son and come to find out he was living outside the hotel but came to use the facility for everything else. This was just the worst experience I have had on a hotel. Do not stay here!
