There are too many things to write down that are negative but here are a few when I arrived for late check in, no one was at the front desk to check me in. Second there was two rooms that had been broken into that was visible for the guest to see. The room had several maintenance issues that needed attention like doors that didn’t close properl, stained carpet and caulking missing on counter tops.

Awful, the hotel smells, the cover on the very top has holes and stains, most hotel rooms look damage, from the outside. Some look like a Crowbar was used to enter and doors look outdated, rooms are outdated, dishwasher is disgusting, the bathroom smells, oh and there’s bugs, people live there with pets, on top of smelly facility. Don't Do It!!! Avoid at all costs! This place is absolutely horrible. Absolutely no professionalism among employees, room was nasty, and strange business practices will prevent me or anyone else I can possibly reach from staying at another Extended Stay based on this one experience. Nope I feel I need a partial refund for this one. During check in we find out that free breakfast wasn’t going to happen and hasn’t happened in weeks due to “not receiving shipment”. Walking up to our room there was a plate of food in the stairwell that looked like it had been dropped. That same spilled food stayed there all evening, night, and was still there when we left the next day. Absolute horrible hotel. Anything you can think about horrible this hotel has it. If there is any minus rating. This hotel would have get the highest. Do not even think to book this hotel. Your money will be waste and you will be in endless sufferings.

Disappointing run-down hotel The hotel was dirty and rundown . Holes in walls, bad paint, smelled, had to ask for toilet paper at front desk, no bags for dirty laundry and the continental breakfast was granola bars! REALLY?? Very disappointing!!

Do not stay here. Worst hotel ever, smell horrible, everything is so dirty.

You get what you pay for Price was very reasonable but I guess you get what you pay for. There was a dead roach on the floor. I know it’s an extended stay but there was a very strong stitch in the room we had to use a room spray we purchased. The area we entered through on the side that gave access to the stairs reaked of urine. No linens were left for the sofa bed. We didn’t get any new linens after the first night we had to go to the front desk.

1st room didn’t have drapes in the living area. Drapery rod was on top of air conditioner. We were moved to another room. Found two wet wash cloths hanging in shower, even though we had clean linens in bathroom. Hand towel had something like kool aid type stain. Turned down the bed and the bottom fitted sheet had a blood stain on it. Called down to the desk to get clean sheets. We were told he would bring one right up.
