Pure nightmare Though the staff is pleasing,the managment does no job.the hotel is filthy,nasty. I would never recommend anybody to come here.

관리할 인원이 절대 부족한 숙소 익스텐디드 스테이 아메리카 오스틴-노스웨스트 리서치파크의 기초적인 자산(시설 등)은 비슷한 동급의 숙소에 비하여 떨어지지 않으나, 관리인력이 너무 부족하여 전혀 되지 않고 있다고 느길 수 있다. 숙소는 넓고 여러가지 가구들의 모습이 있으나 그 가구들을 이용할 도구(주방기기 등)가 전혀 갖추어 지지 않아 그림의 떡이었고, 그나마 오래 전부터 가동이 안되는 상태로 방치된 모습이 역력했다. 싱크룸에 전기가 들어오지 않아 하룻 저녁에 두차례나 프런트에 이야기 했으나 전혀 반응이 없었다. 벌래에 물려서 피부가 부풀기도 했지만, 치약으로 해결하라는 제스츄어를 받았다. 그 넓은 건물에 숙소에 관련된 인원 이라곤 프런트 직원 한 사람 밖에 없었으니 기대를 할 수 도 없었다.

good location poor maintenance Rented two rooms for one night. Picked hotel because usual hotel I stayed at wasn't available and this hotel had right location. Our bathroom was missing wood piece of the cabinet and the cover off exhaust fan. We did not have hot water for a shower. The second room never could get the A/C to cool. Room temp stayed 78 or higher. Someone had an unattended dog in room which barked whenever people passed . I love staying there until they stopped serving the quick breakfast. We were told they would have granola bars like usual and the last 3 times we stayed a few days there nothing. Couldn't get towels and then got accused for smoking and it wasn't even us it was the neighbors so never again will I go to that location again!

Hotel in need of a complete refurbishment. I regret this negative report, however I have never stayed at an Extended Stay property that was in such bad repair. Check-in went smoothly even though the desk agent appeared to have no back-up. I felt badly for her when I went down to get our dishes & she had a line of angry & disgruntled customers.
