Will never stay here again! I was missing a lamp. The phone did not work in our room.I couldn’t find any staff member after 6p until after 830a after I had to call a different facility. When I asked about breakfast he said they ran out. There was not a speck of food or scent of coffee not in the trash or air. He completely lied the breakfast area was not cleaned anymore than the night before. We had some kind of fluids stuck to the walls we only had two pillows for 2 people.

Filthy Scary This hotel stinks. Literally. There was blood spattered on the carpet in the room. The cabinets in the kitchenette were filthy. With food and fingerprints all over the cabinet doors. I’m unsure if it was a comfortable bed because I decide to sleep on the sofa at a friend’s place rather than stay in the room.

Cockroach in hotel room. Our first night in our hotel room we came home from a night of sight seeing and found a cockroach in our bedroom running around. Thankfully the front desk moved us to another room which was bigger but there were some tiny ants in the bathroom.

Not at all what I had expected! Theres broken fixtures, drawer, and shower faucet! Theres dead bugs on the floor. It smells odd.

hotel descuidado y sucio. el hotel está descuidado y sucio. No hacen limpiza de la habitación si es menos de 7 dias de alojamiento. No reponen en el desayuno. No lo recomiendo

The place was disgusting! The hallways smelled musty. Restroom was unclean and had hair in it. Sofabed had visible stains and a dirty, crumbled sheet. It was covered in what looked like shaved dog hair. Unclean linens. Smelly room. When the hotel staff came to assist, he opened the sofabed for himself and it made a "peeling noise" just from being separated. We had him remove the mattress and begged for clean linens. Pics do not match reality Child hazards, trip hazards, dog poop everywhere, smoke but says non smoking, DO NOT BOOK HERE if you are a family!

Requested to cancel reservation on spot Arriving 5 minutes until check in I was told room wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes without an apology. Then I asked to use the restroom because I had been on the road all morning. Manager told me directions to bathroom knowing I haven’t checked in and without a key. She sent me to look for it on my own after I came back twice telling her I can’t find it. Turns out the “bathroom” was marked as “storage” on the door and needed a key to get in anyway. Double chare As soon as i walked into that hotel it smelled like smoke & its a non smoking hotel. Everything was not clean & the hotel just looked dirty in general. Our check in was late due to only obe house keeper cleaning four floors. We came back after several hours and when finally able to check in i was double charged!!!! I went back to speak to the employee & still didnt get my money back when it was clearly their mistake. Staff was unattentive & unprofessional.
