Lack of Quality Service and Comfort The hallways smelled like smoke. Areas not clean. Local area downstairs not cleaned. I paid for king size and pull out. Mattress flat as a pancake with no linen on top. Requested some but did not receive. Kids could not sleep on dirty mattress. Would never stay again or recommend anyone to stay there.

Devastated Extended Stay. Extended Stay has a great reputation. This location needs better management and updating! Dirty, poor service, empty receptionist, and needs updating.

The 1st room we stayed in had bed bugs so I got moved to another room. The 2nd room had a broken door and broken lights. The 3rd room had roaches.

Pretty bad shape I don’t write hotel reviews. However the conditions of this hote were so bad I had to share. I sat in the lobby ten minutes with no staff anywhere to be seen. When the guy got there he was helpful. Got to the room and it was disgusting. I have low standards for hotels. This place was a dump. Filthy towel in between clean towels. Only 1 AC unit worked, 2nd one in room was broken, couch leg was broken, half of couch had what seem to be covered in wax. But, the staff was friendly.

Eww The hotel says non smoking but it smelled like an ash tray, the room self and smelt dirty and not even 10 minutes there i could seem roaches crawling up and down the walls

Geez. From cigarette smoke to a dirty carpet, this hotel needs to clamp down on cleanliness. I reserved this room because of a business trip to a location nearby, the reservation said "free breakfast". Upon checking in we were informed that they "had run out of food last week and a new order had not been placed". Then when discussing the smoke smell and other concerns, we were informed that "the manager quit last week, a front desk staff quit, so had some of housekeeping". Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else Since we paid $80 for a hotel we thought it would be decent. When we first got there, we got our room key and went to find it room. We end up going through a door with broken glass (someone must have tried to break in), when we got inside there was a huge trash can that smelled so fowl as if it had been sitting here for a long time. Amazed on how dirty and understaffed The front desk lady was nice and seemed as she was just out of it.. it seemed she was doing all the work... no one else around.. when arrived she said it be 45 min to get a room cleaned ... we left and returned when we went to room, it was dirtt and it was messy and believe me their was trash on floor ... restroom was dirty and just sad to see how the lack of care they habe on the rooms..
