The place was disgusting! The hallways smelled musty. Restroom was unclean and had hair in it. Sofabed had visible stains and a dirty, crumbled sheet. It was covered in what looked like shaved dog hair. Unclean linens. Smelly room. When the hotel staff came to assist, he opened the sofabed for himself and it made a "peeling noise" just from being separated. We had him remove the mattress and begged for clean linens. Pics do not match reality Child hazards, trip hazards, dog poop everywhere, smoke but says non smoking, DO NOT BOOK HERE if you are a family!

Requested to cancel reservation on spot Arriving 5 minutes until check in I was told room wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes without an apology. Then I asked to use the restroom because I had been on the road all morning. Manager told me directions to bathroom knowing I haven’t checked in and without a key. She sent me to look for it on my own after I came back twice telling her I can’t find it. Turns out the “bathroom” was marked as “storage” on the door and needed a key to get in anyway. Double chare As soon as i walked into that hotel it smelled like smoke & its a non smoking hotel. Everything was not clean & the hotel just looked dirty in general. Our check in was late due to only obe house keeper cleaning four floors. We came back after several hours and when finally able to check in i was double charged!!!! Lack of Quality Service and Comfort The hallways smelled like smoke. Areas not clean. Local area downstairs not cleaned. I paid for king size and pull out. Mattress flat as a pancake with no linen on top. Requested some but did not receive. Kids could not sleep on dirty mattress. Would never stay again or recommend anyone to stay there.

Devastated Extended Stay. Extended Stay has a great reputation. This location needs better management and updating! Dirty, poor service, empty receptionist, and needs updating.

The 1st room we stayed in had bed bugs so I got moved to another room. The 2nd room had a broken door and broken lights. The 3rd room had roaches.

Pretty bad shape I don’t write hotel reviews. However the conditions of this hote were so bad I had to share. I sat in the lobby ten minutes with no staff anywhere to be seen. When the guy got there he was helpful. Got to the room and it was disgusting. I have low standards for hotels. This place was a dump. Filthy towel in between clean towels. Only 1 AC unit worked, 2nd one in room was broken, couch leg was broken, half of couch had what seem to be covered in wax. But, the staff was friendly.
