Eww The hotel says non smoking but it smelled like an ash tray, the room self and smelt dirty and not even 10 minutes there i could seem roaches crawling up and down the walls

Geez. From cigarette smoke to a dirty carpet, this hotel needs to clamp down on cleanliness. I reserved this room because of a business trip to a location nearby, the reservation said "free breakfast". Upon checking in we were informed that they "had run out of food last week and a new order had not been placed". Then when discussing the smoke smell and other concerns, we were informed that "the manager quit last week, a front desk staff quit, so had some of housekeeping". Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else Since we paid $80 for a hotel we thought it would be decent. When we first got there, we got our room key and went to find it room. We end up going through a door with broken glass (someone must have tried to break in), when we got inside there was a huge trash can that smelled so fowl as if it had been sitting here for a long time. Amazed on how dirty and understaffed The front desk lady was nice and seemed as she was just out of it.. it seemed she was doing all the work... no one else around.. when arrived she said it be 45 min to get a room cleaned ... we left and returned when we went to room, it was dirtt and it was messy and believe me their was trash on floor ... restroom was dirty and just sad to see how the lack of care they habe on the rooms.. It waa satisfactory. I was moved to 3 different rooms before settling in for the night. I had a door fall on me. And even though the mgmt was helpful it left a bad experience for me.

Below average experience The room was in bad shape. Missing a drawer, hole punched into bathroom door, and the tub was filthy with weird black debris on its floor. TV is positioned in a way that when facing the bed the window blinds block it, so one had to shove the blinds behind the tv. Smelly rooms.... The hotel, and my room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, the bed was hard as a rock. Rooms are outdated and carpet stained. There was dried paint splatters on the bathroom floor, and toilet seat.

Nice people but awful experience I arrived as a late check-in between 1230 and 1:30 am. Clerk was pleasant but for thr second time in 30 days i was double charged for my room and had to be refunded through Expedia. Unfortunately I get to room 125 and the towel rack is broken and towels are on the floor, the sofa is dusty, there’s a box cutter on the window sill, the TV makes an awful cracking sound and the fire alarm detector had been removed. Terrible place to stay I went to check in. I was told no vacancy. Then I booked through expedia. The front desk had an attitude because I got a room. Then in get to my room, it smells like a dog was in it. The shower head was missing, the tub is peeling, the heater barely working. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
