Overbooked when checked in after a 5 hr drive. Sadly, staff on duty, AA female basically said, "We only have a dirty room as we are overbooked". Ok cool. I dont mind sleeping in my car but at least refund my money or give me a taco....sheesh
It was advertised as free breakfast, there is nothing there. Very bad experience
Did not like, payment requirement of $25 for an early check in to a room that was not very clean, did not have any utensils even with a kitchen, lights did not work and door knob to bathroom broken. If I time to find another room, I would have. Robert Deese
Not happy I was double charged and having issues getting my first money back.
No hot water and toilet disnt work. No maintenance and house keeping available 24/7
Room reeked of smoke. Hardest bed I've ever slept on.
Horrible We checked in and left 30 minutes later. It was horrible. Went to stay somewhere else. As we checked out, the lady wouldn’t even talk to us and find out, why we were leaving already.
