Run-Down and Unprofessional Our stay here was bad. The first thing they tell me is that, though my reservation (booked months in advance) was for a King bed, they had no kings left. They only had "Queens", we go up to the room, and it's a not a Queen (which I would recognize from my one at home) it's a Full bed. Very small for 2 adult males. Worst hotel room stay ever The room and entire hotel was messy. Had to ask for EVERYTHING..NO dishes, glasses even towels weren't in the room, there was grease all over the kitchen, paint peeling off the walls, only two lights worked and the bed was hard as a rock.. I would love to get a refund..couldnt speak to the staff, they were rude and inconsiderate..off on their phones using profanity everytime I went up. They just did not care..

The bathroom light was out. The management was informed immediately upon our 4pm check-in, and once again in the morning. Throughout my two night stay it was never fixed, nor was i offered another room or any consolation. I had to take showers in the dark. It was not great.

I paid for a queen size bed. I received a full size bed. This would be great for me but my husband was there and we are use to a California king. No blow Dyer in bath. No dishes in the room. The out side had dog droppings all over you had to be very careful where you walked. Breakfast consisted of some stale muffins in plastic.

Front desk Horrible horrible place. The gps does not take you to the location. When I called the front desk the girl Alex was the worst. I asked her how to get to the location since the gps had taken me somewhere else, her response was that she didnt know. When I asked her about surroundings, she simply said there is nothing around. When i booked on Expedia it said rooms where available but when i got to the place the lady behind the counter said none where available so i really want my money back
