Room dirty and wasn’t clean.

Breakfast wasn’t included like it stated on the website. They didn’t even let us know in check-in. They put a piece of paper in the room to let us know. Also, the room we got stated they had a 32 inch flat screen tv with premium channels and that was a lie. We had a very outdated tv and not with great channels. A/C also didn’t work great. Disappointed

there was no hot water in our room and most of the hotel rooms and unfortunately they said the problem couldn’t be fixed while our stay

SIN AGUA CALIENTE No hubo agua caliente durante la estancia. Iba a reservar una semana adicional y preferí cambiar de hotel

The benefits were the convenience of having a kitchen and laundry on-site. Linens also appeared and smelled clean. The issues were: -Bathroom Toilet Seat visibly dirty, hair found in tub, and sink had grime leading me to believe they didn't clean the bathroom well or at all. -2 of 3 lamps in the room were broken/not working. -No housekeeping service available with unlimited towel exchange would have been fine, however, when I asked for a hand towel and washcloth, the front desk had NO clean towels. -All plates and cutlery ke... read more

Bugs in room The room had roaches in it. I opened the fridge and there was a live roach in the fridge. The second night there was fleas in the room. In the bed my legs where all bit up. I don't have a cat or dog. I've stayed at this location many times and never had an issue that bad before. Very disappointed.
