HORRENDOUS, HORRID, ATROCIOUS, AND APPALING Booked a room for this hotel via Hotels.com iPhone Application at 12:30am. Arrived at 12:40am only to be told they had no rooms available. Was told to call Hotels.com for a refund or booking elsewhere. Called three times due to being hung up on at 12:45 only to be told they would not issue a refund not offered to book a room for me elsewhere even though they spoke with Hotel and verified there weren't any rooms available. Ended up having to sleep in my vehicle in the parking lot. C... read more
This place is awful. Motel 6 is lightyears better and nearly a third less in cost. This room is a dump. It smells. The fridge is covered in what looks like mold. The shower drain looks like it was melted. Theres holes in the cieling.

Arrived to find smoke alarms going off due to people cooking in their rooms. No place to set anything in bathroom, no hangers. Bums were using the hotels picnic table for a place to hang out. Not easy to get to from freeway.

Stay away! Unsafe & shady people! The area and hotel had shady people hanging around. I was traveling with 3 kids and had to move to another local hotel due to safety concerns. The hotel charged us an additional night as a penalty for checking out early and did not seem concerned one bit about our concerns. They were also doing in room maintenance while we were there and we were advised to take all of our belongings with us each day. What kind of maintenance? Working on the TV for 7 days!! Stay away! Overbooked when checked in after a 5 hr drive. Sadly, staff on duty, AA female basically said, "We only have a dirty room as we are overbooked". Ok cool. I dont mind sleeping in my car but at least refund my money or give me a taco....sheesh
