Room reeked of smoke. Hardest bed I've ever slept on.

Horrible We checked in and left 30 minutes later. It was horrible. Went to stay somewhere else. As we checked out, the lady wouldn’t even talk to us and find out, why we were leaving already.

coffee not that great. no muffins or anything ever put out. they said that the contractors ate it all but food i believe was never put out. or contractors should not be allowed to touch guests food. im not a muffin person but there is nothing around the area at all so adding anything would have been nice. i also asked about moving to downtown extended stay and was not really helped. i was there for work and i would never stay there since there is absolutely nothing around and nothing provided by place. customers were complai... read more

Worst ever When we arrived they couldn’t check us in the reception at the front desk couldn’t work the computer. After giving us a room and writing our information down she told us to pay in the morning. We got to our room to dirty sheet and requested new sheets which we were given but had to change ourselves.
