Worst hotel ever Probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. I won't be staying here again. My flight was delayed so I didn't arrive til 11:30pm. The lady informed me that bc I didn't call Af 6pm that I was going to be late (I was on the plane) they may have given my room away. She checked and told me I was fine and she had one. Got me to the room and it's missing the light switch plate, the bath vent cover, and trash cans. I thought ok it's too late I'll deal with it in the morning. I booked a room the day before. Received my confirmation. When I checked in, the man told me that he had my reservation but there were no rooms available. He said he didn't know what happened because my reservation was there. Both of my coworkers booked after me. One checked in earlier. One showed up immediately after I left and was given a room. When she's asked why I was turned away he told her he had 2 dirty rooms and nobody to clean them. I was able to get a room with another hotel not too far away.

Everything was old and broken. It smelled bad in the lobby, halls, and room. Moldy. Tub was clean. Sink had mold under the rim. Fridge was covered in brown rust and looked like it came from the junkyard. Stove was clean looking. Didn't touch any of it. Zero amenities except for some cheap coffee in the lobby. Elevator clanged like it was falling apart and reeked of cigarette smoke. It was ridiculous for what we paid for a night. It was my mistake as several nicer hotels were cheaper in the area.

The lady that checked us in via the phone due to us arriving very late was very nice and helpful. HOWEVER when we reached our room we thought it smelled damp. It was 3am we were tired so we put our stuff down and went to sleep. Didnt think much about it. When we woke up to get readyfor our 9am meeting we discovered the AC had been leaking all night. Floor was soaked. Soaked into our bag which was sitting on the floor. Our clothes were now damp. So we had to leave in the clothes we arrived in..... I know it was truley an unfo... read more

Called 3 times to the front desk to deal with noise complaint. Kids above me were running and jumping until 2 am.
