Terrible Unable to stay at this hotel. they overbooked themselves and offered no recourse. forced to find myself a new hotel at 11pm after a long drive. not sure if this is a hotel issue, or a hotels.com issue. will not be using hotels.com again unless I hear back explaining the situation

Rooms smelled bad the beds were very uncomfortable and the bedsheets smelled of smoke

No way to have tea or coffee in our room. No cups or even glasses in our room. No wash cloths in our room. No note pads or pens. They advertise a free breakfast.. granola bars are not a breakfast!! We will not be staying there again!!!

Dirty and ugly never come back the worst experience ever
not what I expected I was surprised that it was so run down. The room I was in totally needed renovation. There was surface rust over the fridge door, chips in furniture, bathroom fixtures falling off, sealant around the tub was over the floor tile, filthy windows, real noisy AC and, the carpet was dirty. Probably just the same as a $50 motel.

No shampoo dirty towels room smelled would like a refund

Booked this hotel via orbitz. Was supposed to check in Saturday July 28th and arrived at 9pm. Apparently they have a policy that if you are to arrive after 6pm you’re supposed to call and let them know. This was not displayed on the hotel orbitz section. When i did not call to inform them of my late arrival they manually ran my credit card to pay for the room and they entered the card information incorrectly causing my card to get declined. I have stayed at many extended stay America hotels and they all maintained a certain standard as chain hotel but this one was not even close to any one of them. Since I was there only for a night so did not have enough time to take this up with front desk.
