NO HOT WATER!!!!!! No hot water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not even luke warm in shower!!!!! ZERO hot water in the bathroom sink. That is unacceptable. 2 people in front of me checking in had major issues with checkin and the employee was very loud stating everyones business and room numbers as multiple people looked on. You get what you pay for...

Cleaning staff needs to be fired room NOT clean - hair in the bathroom, stains on the floor.. hair, crumbs and a quarter under the made bed. we were able to cancel our reservation and find another hotel at 10:30pm... staff was very friendly... but the room itself was awful... also a strong smoke smell in the room

DO NOT BOOK HERE This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Let’s start at the beginning. The parking lot had not one, but two bottles of urine in it. The front door was manned by three guys drinking beer out of paper bags, and smoking cigars. The hotel was overbooked and the couple ahead of us didn’t get their room. How lucky they were. overflowing garbage My reservation was made by Expedia for 2 King size rooms close together. Extended Stay America reserved us 2 rooms; a king and a double, on 2 different floors. We canceled the king and the 3 of us stayed in the one double room. They charged us for both rooms and offered no apologies or refund. They made it clear that reservations made by Expedia were not their priority. The grounds were littered terribly with overflowing garbage cans at the entrance and through out the landscaping. Rude staff that kept knocking on the door and wouldn't leave.... smoking on non smoking floors...I left a day early...wouldn't refund anything...im calling Corporate this morning

The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room but it reeked of cigarette smoke. The common areas were very dirty there is towels and trash outside of other guests rooms.

Sketchy Arrived at almost 5pm the woman at the front desk said let me go check your room to make sure there isn’t anything scary in there....that’s the moment I knew this wasn’t going to be that great. I sat in the lobby for an additional 30 minuets until they re-cleaned my room. Upon giving me my room key she said double check your vehicle is locked we have a group of homeless people living in the woods behind the building. The rooms were funky and musty but it was a bed to get a few hours sleep.
