overflowing garbage My reservation was made by Expedia for 2 King size rooms close together. Extended Stay America reserved us 2 rooms; a king and a double, on 2 different floors. We canceled the king and the 3 of us stayed in the one double room. They charged us for both rooms and offered no apologies or refund. They made it clear that reservations made by Expedia were not their priority. The grounds were littered terribly with overflowing garbage cans at the entrance and through out the landscaping. Rude staff that kept knocking on the door and wouldn't leave.... smoking on non smoking floors...I left a day early...wouldn't refund anything...im calling Corporate this morning

The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room but it reeked of cigarette smoke. The common areas were very dirty there is towels and trash outside of other guests rooms.

No coffee pot in the room. No breakfast-just a granola bar.

Horrible No breakfast, No Housekeeping, No fresh towels/sheets nightly, Bed and Pillows too firm, my back/neck hurt enough I need a massage. Do Not Stay here.

Sketchy Arrived at almost 5pm the woman at the front desk said let me go check your room to make sure there isn’t anything scary in there....that’s the moment I knew this wasn’t going to be that great. I sat in the lobby for an additional 30 minuets until they re-cleaned my room. Upon giving me my room key she said double check your vehicle is locked we have a group of homeless people living in the woods behind the building. The rooms were funky and musty but it was a bed to get a few hours sleep.

Horrible horrible Paid hotel through Expedia and once I arrived at 8pm there were no rooms available.. the clerk at the front desk said there was an hr wait per room because their entire housekeeping staff quit .. and management were the ones cleaning the rooms .. I asked for a refund since my kids were tired and they said ok and said Expedia would call them so .. once they called to verify with the hotel the clerk said I was a no show .. that’s crazy I talked and even got a business card from the clerk .. Original room was not clean The original room was not clean. This was the same situatuon for the people that checked in before me.

We booked through Expedia, did not know this was going to be a smoking room, a smoking floor. The room stunk! We couldn't wait to leave.
