The fromt desk lady was really nice. Our bed was really hard and the fridge made a lot of noise. Our bed had what seemed like dog hair before we got there but we didn’t realize it til really late. Tried to offer another room but it seemed like the type of hotel that didnt change the sheets anyhow. So we asked for clean sheets and a blanket and just threw all the bed linens to the ground. Not continental breakfast, but “grab and go”.

My stay The air conditioning/ heater would not get warm or heat the room. The water in the shower was lukewarm never would get hot. The bed was extremely hard and not comfortable at all. Will never stay at a Extended Stay Hotel again.

Never staying with this chsin again. There are hardly any amenities. We asked for ice and was told there was an ice tray in our freezer (sure we were staying a night, it was late, so we had time to make our own.... not). Their "grab and go" breakfast was a joke.... granola bars and like warm coffee. The staff was rude and unhelpful.

The holes check me in a dream home as guest and dog and the dog almost bite me

I woke up to someone smoking in their room or the hall. It was disgusting!!

The staff saw me but didn't greet me until I raised my voice saying hello the third time. When checking in, the staff asked information such as personal email address, the employer etc. According to the staff, they collect those information for marketing purpose. When I found out they mistakenly book me for smoking room and wanted to cancel the room. The staff asked me to call Expedia. I contacted the Expedia and had Expedia call the hotel. The staff told Expedia she couldn't do the cancellation due to some policy, which she... read more

Room stuffy & Hot We checked in late, after being on the road for hours, just to find that the air conditioner wasn't even on, but what made it worse was that the window was open & couldn't get it to close. We checked out immediately, didn't feel safe, but the young lady couldn't credit us back for the room, she said her manager was the only one that could, & he would call us in the morning. It's been two weeks & I have yet to get a call.

no hot water for showers, commode leaked, no one at service desk in early morning to check out . . .

Painful Check In A surreal experience. I waited twenty minutes to check in (only one employee was working the desk) only to be told rhat no non-smoking rooms were available, in spite of the fact that Inhad reserved one. An Expedia representative called on my behalf, and a non-smoking room magically became available, although there was still lots of confusion and the price changed several times.
