Disaster experince Multiple mishaps with the rooms - since I had to change 3 times. Bathroom dirty, windows open and wouldn't lock, door to room/hallway would not lock. My one and only experience at Extended Stay

I would not recommend My room had a very strong odor to humidity. I found hairs on the sheets and shower. I don't mind if the place is old, but it has to be clean. This was not the case, so I checked out very early the next morning, and went to another place.

bad stay Staff are not approachable the way they talk, rooms are so smelly & toilets are not working. I expected a good free breakfast as they said on their hotel info but its just grab & go breakfast a muffin & coffee.

WOrn down and poor reservation sysytem Hotel is worn down and dirty - we were given a room that had bedbugs. Besides that, when we arrived, we were informed that the room that we had reserved, confirmed and paid for, was not available because the hotel was overbooked. The hotel placed the blame on Hotels.com stating that they had not checked with them as to room availability. Who knows the real story - either way, no way I'd stay here again.

Was pretty bad. . . Room smelled bad, no hot water, no ice available, no coffee/tea in room.

Not the best... The bed was super hard, the bathroom door would not shut all the way without lifting it up and being loud. The side entrance was propped open which I did not feel was safe. The shower kept going from freezing to really hot the entire time. We will not be staying here again.

check the microwave old food in the microwave and under the sink smelled like death. Jr. manager said they would clean it right away and did NOT. They also said they would give us a free night on the next say, but who would want to stay again? Breakfast was a granola bar they forgot to buy.

Not What We Expected, Worse! Never enough coffee and other supplies for breakfast; always the SAME food for breakfast every morning. Heard many angry people complaining about breakfast amenities. No daily room cleaning by a maid service. Bathroom sink sprayed water all over counter top. After I complained and they said it was repaired, it continued to spray water all over counter. Light fixture was only on one side of bed. No garbage pickup; causing bad smell in room. Had to take full garbage bucket bag to room down the hall... read more
