Room stuffy & Hot We checked in late, after being on the road for hours, just to find that the air conditioner wasn't even on, but what made it worse was that the window was open & couldn't get it to close. We checked out immediately, didn't feel safe, but the young lady couldn't credit us back for the room, she said her manager was the only one that could, & he would call us in the morning. It's been two weeks & I have yet to get a call.

Painful Check In A surreal experience. I waited twenty minutes to check in (only one employee was working the desk) only to be told rhat no non-smoking rooms were available, in spite of the fact that Inhad reserved one. An Expedia representative called on my behalf, and a non-smoking room magically became available, although there was still lots of confusion and the price changed several times. You get what you pay for... I booked this hotel because it was the cheapest in the area and really only needed it for a bed to sleep in. Upon check in the desk attendant said "there's a stove in your room in case you want to cook!" Ok great. Get to the room, no burners, just two holes where a burner would be. I go to take a shower, one .05 ounce bottle of watered down shampoo. Thanks for that. Hotel was dirty, bugs in room, booked this hotel thru hotels.com they took their money and had to pay again because hotel has a policy that they can cancel your room if you don't check in before 6 pm which they did! The only thing pleasant about this hotel was the lady at the front desk who was very apologetic

This place is getting worst No hot water for entire of my stay. They try to fix it but no it never fixed.

Disaster experince Multiple mishaps with the rooms - since I had to change 3 times. Bathroom dirty, windows open and wouldn't lock, door to room/hallway would not lock. My one and only experience at Extended Stay

I would not recommend My room had a very strong odor to humidity. I found hairs on the sheets and shower. I don't mind if the place is old, but it has to be clean. This was not the case, so I checked out very early the next morning, and went to another place.

bad stay Staff are not approachable the way they talk, rooms are so smelly & toilets are not working. I expected a good free breakfast as they said on their hotel info but its just grab & go breakfast a muffin & coffee.
