Overbooked and disgraceful service. Our plane was schedule to land in Texas just after midnight. I called the hotel from Charlotte, NC. This was about 8:00 to 8:30 PM, on a stop over to change planes.I told the operator that we would not be arriving to after 1:00 AM. She assured me that was OK and she would let the front desk know. We got to the hotel a little before 1:30 AM. The clerk was having a "heated" discussion with 2 men over their bill. One walked away discussed and the other said for him to check us in. We told t... read more

Not a good experience. First hotel I've stayed at where I couldn't check in earlier than the official check in time. Room had a bad odor. It took 10 minutes for the water to get hot. There was a loud dripping noise coming from the air conditioner all night. Had to get ear plugs from the front desk, but still slept terribly. The breakfast selection was pitiful. Worst hotel experience I've ever had!

Up the creek without a paddle When we first got there we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned. So we walked into a hot and dirty room. Then the lady at the front desk assigned another room but wanted to go up and check to make sure it was really clean. It took 5 mins or so and when she came back down she said this room was clean but it didn't have pillows so she had to jack them from another rooom. There weren't any towels in our newly assigned room and the toilet seat was broken. Like literally one side had a full cra... read more

You got what you pay... I stayed here to save some $$ but it was not worth it, after check in when enter into the room a strong smoke odor in a room that's a non smoking room, front desk change my room and the new one was ok. There's no ice machine. Hot water you have to wait a couples minutes to see if at least is warm. You can hear next door room tv at 3, 4 am, if you are a light sleep person get your ear plugs. Breakfast was coffee and muffins also granola bars. Overall, I'll not recommend this Hotel to any of my friends.... read more

What a dump! Wow, what an "interesting" stay, from the non-smoking room that smelled like smoke because the smell travels through the ventilations, (we were moved to a second room,) to the duct taped elevator button. Apparently duct tape can fix everything! My teenaged daughters were intrigued by the ride down the elevator with a man who looked and smelled homeless. He wasn't homeless that night... which is actually a good thing... minus his stench. I suppose that's not the hotel's fault, but it was just odd and surprising ... read more

Nightmare Dirty room and a water leak. This place has gone downhill since it first opened. Poorly constructed or poorly maintained. Regardless, avoid at all costs.
