Terrible Unclean room When we arrived there was a sticky substance on the floor I asked if they could send house keeping to clean. i was told no because they had no housekeeping available. I put a towel over it and waited to be clean. The next day, the room was not clean at all. I ask that the room be clean they said they did not have housekeeping available. It was terrible and unbelievable.

Breakfast was coffee and 2 granola bars It was not that bad, but, first of all, when we enter the room we found a dirty towel. I ask the front deck person regarding breakfast and he told me that they offer blueberry muffins, coffee, tea, and something else, but in the website it says Continental breakfast. Next morning I just found coffee, tea and a couple granola bars.

Just pick another hotel.....skip this one I don't have a lot of good things to say about this hotel. First of all, it was a bit tricky to get to. There are no clear signs from the road on how to get to the hotel. There seems to be some construction around the property. The hotel is a bit run down and needs some serious remodeling. This hotel does not offer free housekeeping services which I found out later on. They charge a fee for housekeeping. The room is ok. Dirty Hotel with only cleening service once a week Realy bad experience, not worth the money they charge

The staff was friendly and check in was fast, however the hotel was not clean. The room condition was terrible, floors were sticky therefore not properly clean. Bathroom didn't have a trash can, not even one under the desk as most hotels will have. The bath tub was clogged with hair and even found dirty socks from the previous guest and that was completely unacceptable.

Bathroom door falling roaches had to be moved three times because the heater didn't work dirty towels left under sink and dirty q tips also was woken at five am by some arguing nieghbors and to top it off the phones don't work in rooms this hotel needs a lot of work not worth the price

Reserved non smoking room and was put in smoking room because none of the non smoking rooms had been cleaned. When I asked why, they said no staff to clean them. Horrible experience. Stay away from this hotel.

Hair clippings and dead lice around bathroom sink Stayed there many times. Worse experience every time I stay there. I will not stay there, again. Hair clippings in and around bathroom sink along with 2 dead lice! Gave me a feeling that room had not been sufficiently and bathroom had a sour odor. Ugh! Takes forever for hot water in shower. Would rather pay more, and will in future, for a clean room, elsewhere. Would not recommend staying there to anyone.

Not worth the discount I put my mother up here for thanksgiving. The first (and only) night she was there, she saw clearly drugged out people cursing at the front desk guy for no reason, had a window in her room that wouldn't close all night (and it got really cold), and had to ask for basic items like soap and working light bulbs in the room. Needless to say, we checked her out the next day and found another hotel.
