The property is very run down. Paint peeling etc. They have removed everything from the kitchens in the rooms and it has to be checked out individually. The environment felt very unsafe to me to be a single female. The clientele felt “iffy.” And then someone pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night. It was a big fat no for me.

Staff are accommodating but barely see them in The front desk if we need something. I was issued two door keys that the other is not working. I told the front desk about the not working door keys but instead of giving me a new one in which the key are obviously old, he reprogrammed it. It works one time and then not working again and I just fed up of telling the front about anything, it’s just horrible. My expectations ti the price I paid was not met. Extended stay America Austin southwest The stay was awful! The room was very dirty! Used Q-tips were underneath the bedside night stand. The refrigerator was rusty and the freezer started defrosting and leaking! There were stains on the desk chair and i don't want to know what kind of stains they were! This by far, is the worse hotel I've ever stayed in!

Found bugs under the microwave

Crappy hotel. Awful conditions. Carpet smells. Furniture is dated.

The staff was difficult to find at front desk. The room had roaches; staff did not seem to care or offer a different room. Will not be back
