The only staff member was friendly. He was stretched to thin and had to do everything. The place was filthy!! From the entry to my room. The elevator had trash and it looked like it had not been swept in a month or mopped. The walls and doors needed cleaning. My room had good AC and clean sheets and floor. The rest was filthy. La verdad olía horrible, a viejo y a perro mojado! La habitación se veia sucia y olía muy mal. En las fotos se ve muy bien, hotel cumplidor, pero no. El señor que nos atendió excelente, una persona de la 3era edad muy amable.

bad there was hair every where blood on the shower curtain the breakfast was not like they said and the coffee was burnt

Meh Staff was great. Hotel was clean and kept up nice. Shower was cold, I let the staff know and they sent an engineer to tell me it was working but the shower was still cold. On my last day of seven day stay-the shower was warm much to my surprise. I also was surprised not to have a coffee maker even though I see it on the site now. The location was difficult to access and nearly impossible to reach without a car even though it's near shopping it's not walkable.

Checked in late and tired, room keys did not work, had to be changed twice. Ring of black mold on bathroom sink, hallway and room smelled musty. People smoking marijuana on the property. Shower water started out lukewarm, then went completely cold. "Breakfast" consisted of pre-packaged muffins and granola bars. When the staff were told about the water issue, they said they already knew that was a problem.
