insects in the room
The staff wad super nice but unfortunately that wad about the only thing nice about this place. There were strong bad smells in the rooms that wouldnt go away. A variety of bugs from fruit flys to roaches. The stains all over the carpets. The lobby spelt musky. We never got ang housekeeping during our stay either. Cannot say ill ever stay at an Etended Stay America again....
Bad experience. Well, lobby was dirty, dusty. Room smelled like smoke and moldy, looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. There was a stove, fridge and cabinets in the room and they had just been wiped off but you could tell everything was greasy. Bathroom: there was hair on the floor. We left 5 minutes after check-in.
The place is old, dated and not clean. There is a stench that permeates the entire building, it is awful. I would not recommend it.
Front desk person was very nice, since Travelocity had overbooked the hotel. Bathroom was dirty. Pubic hair in toilet is disgusting. No coffee makers available. Someone tried to open my door during the night.
