Bad check in. Took 30 mins. No one ahead of us. No daily room cleaning or towels. Old property. Comparable to Motel 6.

Common areas very dirty, room questionable. Will not stay here again.

Terrible experience. When I arrived, I was told that they had no record of my reservation/ confirmation - nor any rooms. After two flights diverted and a really long day… Despite my shows the confirmation from months ago. Time passed, I had to go through it all w Hotels.com on chat then w two ( inefficient!) different people on the phone. Finally 1 of your folks made me a different reservation 10 minutes drive away at 10 pm. That hotel was more $$( way overpriced) and hotels paid the difference. The place was clean, but the shower was cold and didn't have any pressure and there wasn't a hair dryer.

Rooms are stripped bare of ALL the things you go to an Extended Stay hotel for. No hairdryer, no coffee maker, no dishes/glasses/flatware. Per staff, everything is now downstairs for sanitation purposes. This can be resolved by keeping soap or anti-bacterial wipes int he rooms, or by providing at least disposable flatware. Very disappointing experience. I will not go back.
