Meh Staff was great. Hotel was clean and kept up nice. Shower was cold, I let the staff know and they sent an engineer to tell me it was working but the shower was still cold. On my last day of seven day stay-the shower was warm much to my surprise. I also was surprised not to have a coffee maker even though I see it on the site now. The location was difficult to access and nearly impossible to reach without a car even though it's near shopping it's not walkable.

Checked in late and tired, room keys did not work, had to be changed twice. Ring of black mold on bathroom sink, hallway and room smelled musty. People smoking marijuana on the property. Shower water started out lukewarm, then went completely cold. "Breakfast" consisted of pre-packaged muffins and granola bars. When the staff were told about the water issue, they said they already knew that was a problem.

Bad check in. Took 30 mins. No one ahead of us. No daily room cleaning or towels. Old property. Comparable to Motel 6.

Common areas very dirty, room questionable. Will not stay here again.

Terrible experience. When I arrived, I was told that they had no record of my reservation/ confirmation - nor any rooms. After two flights diverted and a really long day… Despite my shows the confirmation from months ago. Time passed, I had to go through it all w Hotels.com on chat then w two ( inefficient!) different people on the phone. Finally 1 of your folks made me a different reservation 10 minutes drive away at 10 pm. That hotel was more $$( way overpriced) and hotels paid the difference.
