The place was clean, but the shower was cold and didn't have any pressure and there wasn't a hair dryer.

Rooms are stripped bare of ALL the things you go to an Extended Stay hotel for. No hairdryer, no coffee maker, no dishes/glasses/flatware. Per staff, everything is now downstairs for sanitation purposes. This can be resolved by keeping soap or anti-bacterial wipes int he rooms, or by providing at least disposable flatware. Very disappointing experience. I will not go back.

What a NIGHTMARE staying here! Our night sleep was interrupted by a phone call from the receptionist at 12:30am stating a guess apparently under the influence of alcohol has left his luggage in our room and demanding his items back. After we said we do not have anything it must be a mistake than with that not being enough, receptionists comes and nocks in our room 10 min later saying the guest has threatened us to call the police for theft items (I mean are you kidding me?)
