They advertised for continental breakfast in the morning and did not have it, one of the main reasons I stayed was for the breakfast included to make our leave quicker in the morning instead of stopping elsewhere for breakfast. They had coffee and granola bars. I travel a lot and this was on the bad side for hotels. No early check-in available. Got there at check-in time and still room wasn’t available. There was no ironing board in room. No kitchen utensils or pots. Queen size bed and pillows was uncomfortable.

Below average compared with other ESA. Stayed 1 night, dissapointed. Room was ok, the carpet dingy, the drapes didn't close all the way. Shower.. gross, like it was overlooked by the cleaners.

Choose another location I will start by saying I’ve stayed at other properties of this chain and had pleasant experiences. This was not the case here. This was a non smoking room but stunk of cigarettes. The floor to kitchen and bathroom was grimy. There were people next to us that had a large dog that barked constantly and another room had people fighting and screaming at each other outside. Fraudulent charge for $265.00 We have stayed at the hotel many times, the rooms typically have a smell that they have been smoked in even though it is a non-smoking hotel. We do let the staff know but really don’t worry too much as it’s inexpensive and just a night or two get away. However this time when we checked out all the sudden we were not able to pay for incidentals with cash as we have done before, I tried using my pre-paid card which had more than enough on it to cover the 6.00 internet fee, however their system wou... read more
Staff were quite rude. One staff member needs a new shirt desperately. It's bursting at the seems. Literally. Other then poor service the room itself was okay. The pillows were lumpy.
