Do not stay at this location Upon arrival for our 3pm checkin, we were informed that there were no clean rooms in our room type available, yet my reservation was for 3pm. Front desk clerk said she couldn't give me a time when it would be available and did I wanted to leave a number where I could be reached once one was. I'm traveling from out of town. What was I suppose to go to kill time. Been on the rode for several hours, needed to use the bathroom and was told they had no public bathroom for guest to use who had to wait ... read more

just kinda grody overall; no hair dryer even though I think there was supposed to be one; tile, etc., in bathroom old and seemed dirty so I didn't even shower for the day; bedding cheap/yucky.

NOtel At arrival we were checked in with accuracy and speed (thanks). Check-in was the best part of the entire reservation. The stench of marijuana/smoke in the open doorway was enough to issue the rating on the spot. I had a bottle of Lysol Max spray and went to work spraying the room fabrics and space from top to bottom. My travel companion mentioned the initial smell to the Housekeeper and the Front Desk. Smell was distracting It is a non- smoking facility but our room must have allowed smoking at one time. We had to wash our clothes after our flight because of the carpet smell.

Hotel was gross The hotel had trash laying around outside, then we got to the room and there were stains in the carpet and the kitchen floor was all sticky. Really gross!!

I am disgusted that the hotel and managers don't find it disgusting to still be open and running. I booked this hotel for my mother and step father for a quick trip and they ended up having to leave early due to odor, mold and other dysfunctions of the facility. My mother did explain that she was advised that the hotel had flooded MONTHS ago. This is no excuse, I will be taking this higher!

I did not like anything bed we horribly dirty, we had to get extra hours to put over the mattress cover after being switched to 3 different rooms. Then there was garbage under the beds. Just a horrible experience and was told the manager was away for a Darth the family so we had no one to report to in the entire stay

Severely subpar for cleanliness. Only good thing: shuttle service.
