Dead roaches in closet, blood on toilet seat, cigarette burns in the bed sheets. Checked in and out in 15 minutes. Requested refund which took 3 times as long as we were in room. Would never recommend.

It was much too noisy and other guests were not pleasant or polite to the staff. Even with a loud fan going all night, i could hear people coming and going upstairs which means poor constructuon and no soubd proofing in the building. I will stay somewhere else on my next trip to baltimore.

I’ve been staying here several times a month and was perfectly happy with this property. During my most recent visit, I checked into the room and immediately heard a large dog barking nonstop. I called the front desk and the woman told me they’re a pet friendly hotel. She refused to come to the room and listen to the barking dog citing this policy as justification. I was not offered a different room but instead had to ask if I could be moved. When I went to pick up a new key there were other guests in the office to complain ... read more

Run down, at 7 am lady in office said I can’t get you a copy of your room charges, you have to wait for someone else

The customer service was great easy check in. Airport Transport didn't come in the morning and coffee bar was not open at the time that was stated. Room was clean and comfortable.

Water leak in bathroom.................. .......water leak from refrigerator

Disappointing stay I booked a "suite" but there were no dishes/utensils/glasses etc for eating in the kitchenette area, no coffee machine, and the refrigerator was not cold - I put drinks in the freezer to keep them cool. The bathroom was fine, bedding was fine. I was unhappy as my suite which ended up being a room with a kitchenette on the one wall was not appropriate for work at all.
