Dirty Linens The linens were dirty. There was lipstick on one of the pillows and the sheets looked like they just remade and not freshly made.

Dumpy Hotel with loud residents and smoke smelling rooms. Would not stay there again

I give this hotel a thumbs down as soon as I went to check in nothing was ready check in is a 3pm I was waiting around for almost 45 because nothing was done. no rooms was clean. and then when I got to the room I had only one wash cloth for the two days I was there. from them time i got there it just wasnt a great experience

Not recommended. No hair dryer in room. Their idea of breakfast was coffee in a paper cup and a granola bar or instant oatmeal in a paper cup...

Not worth it. The common areas were dirty and the smell of urine. There were no soap in the room to wash my hands and the room had a musty. I had to cancel the second night.

Room was not clean at all/ Sticky floor, dirty bathroom, blankets in terrible shape.

Room smelled like smoke. Had shuttle booked in AM. No one at desk and no one showed up to take me to airport until 35 minutes late. Seconds from missing flight.

Subsequent to checking into this "hotel," we noticed the bed encasement appeared to reflect a past presence of bed bugs. Immediately, we addressed our concerns to staff, and requested a refund. The staff was inattentive and nonchalant. She denied a full refund, and provided limited information about management's identity when requested. The conditions were at best a bit better than deplorable. I will certainly address this issue with the corperate office tomorrow.
