Got stuck at BWI due to weather ... just needed a clean place to lay my head for 10 hours until flight was available. One of the first things the front desk does is have you sign a "non smoking" agreement placing you on notice these are not smoking rooms and you are liable for clean up costs. The hotel room smelled like smoke and felt very dirty. We experienced a very long and loud night. With the way the rooms are, the outside noise was easily heard. We experienced a very noisy group of people that were not told to be quiet for over an hour. For the price I paid for the room, I will not recommend and will not be back. Very, very unhappy with our stay.

Gross do not recommend. Horrible. Showed up after 10 pm with an early morning wake up, honestly looking back I should have asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else. In the future I won’t be staying at extended stays by myself as a woman. People were smoking pot outside their rooms, and the plunger was on the ground outside my room. Turns out there must have been a toilet overflow, and the carpet was still wet past the kitchen. I was so tired just put down towels and went to sleep. Improve better service in all areas bad service, receptionist always in a bad mood it seems that it is hotel policy to anyone in front it seems that they work for free, for which they have such a bad attitude. NOT allow to put Do NOT Disturb sign on room door I would NEVER go back to this hotel. I was given an GROSS rusted can opener to use. I never felt "safe" in that environment because of "Odd" behaviors from people around property. Ok hotel close to airport Would not stay there again. Dead bug on carpet and live one in the bathroom. The room also had a musty smell. Overall condition of the room was very disappointing. Advertised breakfast consisted of granola bars and muffins.

Avoid this Extended Stay America We have stayed at Extended Stay America hotels at other locations. This one was NOT a good experience. The room was not clean - carpet not vacuumed, long dark hairs in the shower, coffee cup stains(?) on the bathroom vanity top, toilet seat about ready to fall off, dozens of cigarette butts on the walkway and steps just outside our room, smell of smoking in the room. Reported these concerns to the desk clerk at check out. Her reply was "sorry about that".

I would never recommend anyone to stay here. I have stayed here twice and had the worst service.

HORRIBLE hotell This is the worst hotel ever. I booked my reservation online, and I had to wait in the cold for a front desk person to come and let me in the office to check me in. The sheets were dirty, the room smell like inscents, and the floor waa filthy. I wouldn't book this hotel even if it waa free. They have a 19" t.v. and the bathroom us HORRIBLE
