Disappointment We had requested a non-smoking room. The room had cigarette burn marks on both the kitchenette and bathroom counters. The hallway reaked with cigarette smoke. The door to hallway was warped allowing smoke from the hallway to enter our room. The bathroom fan did not work. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom. When I took the towels down and explained what had happened the desk clerk seemed indifferent to what had happened. We were unable to get extra pillows. The staff were great. There were many smokers who went outside to smoke but, there were no ash cans of any sort and so everyone threw their buts on the ground. Me included. No hair dryer in room. I don't think a once a week room service is sufficient. I will probably use a Hotel with all amenities on my next trip.

Mattress had stains, people were loitering at all entrances, did not feel safe, garbage in hall area.....save your money spend a little more and be safe

Won’t go back They had stink bugs in the room plus 3 lights no bulbs not enough coffee in morning.

I was given 2 double beds when my reservation was for 1 queen bed. Once in the room, we noticed ants on the cabinets , in the bathroom and ant traps on the counters.

The room was large but not very clean. The breakfast consisted of granola bars and prepackaged muffins. Glad we only had to spend one night.

I didn’t like anything about this place, I regret my stayed at this place, if it was the last hotel in the whole worl I won’t go there !!!
