Very strong odor in the corridor. Same odor in my room. When I sent to check out, they couldn’t give me my receipt, said that WI-FIb was down. I contacted them that evening. They sent me an email, when I got it they charged me $250 for smoking. I am not a smoker. I called them and they said someone walked by the room and smelled smoke. To make a long story short they took the charge off.

Worst hotel experience Staff was very rude and my friend and I were just ready to leave the whole time. So many issues happened and I will not stay at an extended stay again.

Never again in this lofeo Let us start with check-in process. Arrived after 11 pm, the system was a bit glitchy and the employee had to submit contact information twice. When it came time to pay, I swiped card, on my end (bank) the transaction was successful. However, the front desk person stated it did not and I had to swipe again. Basically I had two golds of $467.00 on my debit card. Secondly left my room and came back and saw these bugs in my room. There was absolutely nothing good to say about this hotel. It was beyond dirty, furniture was beat up, drawers broken, carpet was wet, TV didn't work. 0/10

I was turned away at 1am for a late check in. I was told to call an 800# for concerns. I'm driving around at 1 am tryin to find a place to rest.

The hotel had an awful foul smell… I had to change rooms several times due to the filthy stinky room… I will never ever stay there again

Lady at front desk was very nice but very hard to understand. Rate was different than originally told. No coffee for guests in the morning. Outside trash cans were overflowing. Pet cleaning fee of $50 was charged daily even though they only cleaned once, after we left.
