The beds were uncomfortable and the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. I had to move to a room on the 3rd floor and I still smelled weed the whole time. The front desk staff were excellent and tried their best to accommodate me but the whole place had a “pay by the hour” feel.

Very few electrical outlets that can be used to charge electronics like laptop, phone, etc. This was a room with two beds and had 1 outlet in easy reach and 1 in the kitchen and 1 in the bathroom. Pet fee was not prominent in listing and buried in the property amenities so got to the hotel and was told about the fee at that time. Had non refundable reservation so was committed at that point. Expedia should not even advertise for this hotel, it was so bad. The room was filthy. It sounded like there was a royal rumble wresting match above us all night and the staff was indifferent. Please do not give this place a chance. You will regret it!

Staff was knowledgeable and competent. Room surfaces were clean though clearly worn. Old carpet stains, cabinet delamination, incredibly noisy fridge, kitchen hot water drip, etc. ROAD NOISE WAS INTOLERABLE and the heat/ac unit didn't have a continuous fan to block out road noise, it cycled on and off with the noisy fridge all night. Couldn't get a good night's sleep!

This hotel was mainly for long-term guests.. 6 months or more. They allow pets which is fine but they could’ve done more to eliminate all the pet odor through the hallways and lobby. Stayed for multiple nights and asked for fresh towels and got lectured on how they don’t replenish the towels every day after about a 45 minute back-and-forth conversation I had to go get all my dirty towels and bring them down to them before they would give me cleans ones.

Terrible stay! My first room had bags of trash on floor and no bedding. New room was serviced, but entire hotel was dirty and smelled bad. Stay somewhere else!
