First of all, they lost my reservation. While I was sitting in the lobby waiting for the dipshit behind the counter to find my reservation, people were walking through the halls at like 10:30pm playing music and videos on their phones without headsets. The desk guy didn’t know English which didn’t help when a lady came up and asked for dish soap and he handed her a pan. I’m glad Expedia rebooked me into another hotel. I’m basically judging a book by the cover, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here!!!

Very strong odor in the corridor. Same odor in my room. When I sent to check out, they couldn’t give me my receipt, said that WI-FIb was down. I contacted them that evening. They sent me an email, when I got it they charged me $250 for smoking. I am not a smoker. I called them and they said someone walked by the room and smelled smoke. To make a long story short they took the charge off.

Worst hotel experience Staff was very rude and my friend and I were just ready to leave the whole time. So many issues happened and I will not stay at an extended stay again.

Never again in this lofeo Let us start with check-in process. Arrived after 11 pm, the system was a bit glitchy and the employee had to submit contact information twice. When it came time to pay, I swiped card, on my end (bank) the transaction was successful. However, the front desk person stated it did not and I had to swipe again. There was absolutely nothing good to say about this hotel. It was beyond dirty, furniture was beat up, drawers broken, carpet was wet, TV didn't work. 0/10

I was turned away at 1am for a late check in. I was told to call an 800# for concerns. I'm driving around at 1 am tryin to find a place to rest.
The hotel had an awful foul smell… I had to change rooms several times due to the filthy stinky room… I will never ever stay there again
