Must Have Better Service. Received horrible service from the front desk upon checking in yesterday. One worker had on a bonnet while working and was unprofessional. Was asked to wait until a few minutes and was not given a reason why I had to wait and a guest after was checked in immediately.

NOT RECOMMENDED! This hotel was very out dated and dingy. Dark hallways. Our room smelled bad. The hallways smelled bed. Not sound proof. The price was outrageous for the quality of hotel. Several sketchy people staying there.

Shower did not work. Not even a plastic cup in the bathroom. Was told I had to ask for one. “Hot breakfast” was instant oatmeal and packaged sweets. Coffee but no half and half. I want a refund.

Bad experience At this certain location the front desk staff were highly unprofessional. They were nice, however it shouldn’t have been so much playing amongst the staff. The hall way smelled of dingy old wash rags and cigarettes. The guest rooms weren’t clean enough.
