When I arrived, the hotel did not honor my reservation made through Expedia.
When I first arrived at the room, it was absolutely disgusting. There was dirt everywhere and there were no clean sheets, towels, or surfaces. There was even still a bag of garbage in my room. The man at the front desk had no idea what he was doing and took 30 minutes to find my reservation. upon arrival, there was a pimp/prostitute situation and the cops were called. never coming back
They canceled out my reservation so when I got there I had NO ROOM AND THEY WERE FULLY BOOKED!!!! I had called to change my plans and the girl made the mistake and canceled me out!!
Saw bugs on one bed. Not comfortable going back
The location worked for me and that’s I can say about this place and if you looking for a pet friendly place which I have none
Assigned first room - found it to not have been cleaned by staff. Asked for and assigned second room - same situation. Asked for my money back.
what good is a kitchen if the stove doesnt work i bought a box af mac and cheese and the stove didnt work so i couldnt make my dinner
