Lady at front desk was very nice but very hard to understand. Rate was different than originally told. No coffee for guests in the morning. Outside trash cans were overflowing. Pet cleaning fee of $50 was charged daily even though they only cleaned once, after we left.

When I went to the hotel and checked in to the room I notice a big hole in the wall and when I went to let someone know about it it was no one there to tell. The stay was terrible and I won’t return.

I didn’t like the cockroaches

Diappointing overall Hotel was very clean but the price was high including pet fees for what we got...no breakfast or coffee even a bag and go breakfast etc....overall not worth the money for the amenities provided...even with COVID other places are still finding ways to give guests amenities

The only part i enjoyed about the stay was when i checked in. There was a lovely gentlemen who helped me out named Agha. He should be praised for his warmth and excellent customer service. Everyone else made me feel like i was unconvincing them if i asked for a question. I received a flower delivery and they sat there for two days before i received them because they didnt tell me.

Cheap & it shows The price is a good indication of how bad this place is. We had to move to a different room immediately because of cleanliness. We overheard 2 other guests with the same issue. They are understaffed & it shows. Stay here only if you’re desperate.

I stay in room 334. I’ll start with the okay, the beds were comfy, the kitchen area was a different spin on my hotel experience. Everything was dated and beginning to turn yellow. The carpet had stains on them. The worst part was the bathroom, the shower liner (floor of the shower) was cracked from front to back. Unsafe for anybody but especially my small children.
