I was given a room that was already being utilized and when i opened the door with my key card we both were in complete shock

Room was outdated a nice young man checked us in on Friday night and Saturday they had us as a no-show turned our keys off to get in our room they try double charges .people try to get in our room while we were sleeping

The staff at the front was extremely friendly and efficient but the hotel and rooms reeked of chinese food and stale beer. The rug was filthy. There werent enough towels and the room was never cleaned between the first and second night stay. I told the person at the feont desk that it never got cleaned and he said he would have it done, but it never happened. Then he didnt have anything but rugs to give us for clean "towels ". Okay but will not return! I booked for a king size bed & when I arrived they were sold out and so I was given a queen size double beds. There was hair in the other bed and I didn’t feel like complaining because it was my alone time. Just slept in the other bed. The free breakfast was ok if you like coffee, granola bars, oatmeal packs, and small muffins. Nothing to watch on the Television due to limited channels. The bed was not comfortable at all. Check out was not that great. It just felt like they were just there to work.

It appeared to be a low income housing facility. The smell of people cooking fill meals could be smelled in room.

It was listed online that there would be breakfast. Coffee and a prepackaged muffin is NOT breakfast, at least not what was intimated online. No maid service for the rooms unless your stay is slated for 7 days or more. So be prepared to ask for more toilet paper and towels if you are staying less time than that. As for staff, i barely saw anyone....so I couldn't comment on their service, other than to say it was nonexistent. Very disappointed with this hotel.
