Room needed attention and there were short of staff
I've stayed at this property serval times and it has not been a good experience each time. The rooms are not clean I had to tell the front desk one time to come and change our sheets. Another time there were no washcloths in the bathroom, and another time no toilet paper. I was at this property over the weekend and the carpet on the 2nd floor smelled so dad. They did not let me check in. I heard a racist comment towards my wife
Bathtub had hair in it! Bedside table had something sticky on it.
Nothing everything was bad. When I went in my room it was too small and toilet was leaking. No shampoos no location
Poop on the Toilet Seat I have stayed at this particular Extended Stay several times, and this is by far the worst. First, the cleaning person couldn't have cleaned the bathroom, because there was poop on the toilet seat when I lift up the cover. The shower wasn't clean at all. I had to wipe the toilet seat several times. It was just horrible. I wish I could say something nice, but I can't lie it was terrible.
