Room and bathroom not clean. Found alot of hair in the bathroom.

Dirty, old, needs updating. Staff VERY unfriendly, you have to call someone from lobby to come to check-in. The phone had something spilled, looks like it has never been wiped off, gross. We will not be coming back.

When I arrived, the hotel did not honor my reservation made through Expedia.
When I first arrived at the room, it was absolutely disgusting. There was dirt everywhere and there were no clean sheets, towels, or surfaces. There was even still a bag of garbage in my room. The man at the front desk had no idea what he was doing and took 30 minutes to find my reservation. upon arrival, there was a pimp/prostitute situation and the cops were called. never coming back

They canceled out my reservation so when I got there I had NO ROOM AND THEY WERE FULLY BOOKED!!!! I had called to change my plans and the girl made the mistake and canceled me out!!
