The rooms were dirty The hall had a horrible smell we did not stay went to another hotel bugs on the wall

Worst hotel ever! My family went and stayed at a friends house because the room was terrible. It was dirty, it stunk, the shelf was broke, the paint was hanging off the wall in the restroom, it needed a paint job and the chair was wore out to the point that the fabric was torn.

Disappointed overall The room was not properly cleaned, no soap and no remote control to the tv. The front desk attendant Shiela Jackson was not very pleasant when I told her what was not in the room. She said I should’ve asked she came in @11 Sat(2/8/20) but I don’t feel like I should’ve cause everything should’ve been in the room when it was cleaned or whatever. I am very disappointed.

Every time I left the hotel my key was deactivated. I was told by a staff member that because they were out of pots that I need to go buy some at Walmart.

There was nobody at the desk for over 2 hours so I can check in so I had to cancel my room and didn’t get my money back.

The room had bugs in the bathroom mainly the tub the tv didn't work and the refrigerator didn't work. I won't be stay here again.

Awful place Literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Rude staff,rooms were trashed, and the whole hotel smelled terrible. One night of my stay the hotel smelled of marijuana and walking out the lobby there was marijuana On the floor. Would not recommend and I'll be informing all friends and family on how terrible this place is.

It appeared that it was understaffed. Our rooms were filthy and cockroaches were present. One room had no remote, unserviceable phone, and bedside lighting was broken. When switching rooms the staff was to bring us a new set of keys for the new room and forgot. Went to get keys at desk and she was on her personal phone talking. Not a secure way to check out just leave card keys on desk, at which anyone can take and have access to rooms.
