Electrical outlets didn't work, no remote for the TV-had to ask for one and that one didnt work, no coffeemaker in the room, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, found fhe "guts" of a cigar in the top drawer...I could go on but obviously I shouldn't have to. PS dont depend on the breakfast. You hace a choice of granola bars and packaged muffins. 😬😳

Very dirty. Felt like I was in a crack house. Suppose to be smoke free. That’s a joke

The elevator was broken along with there were no blow dryers in the rooms and when I tried to call the front desk the phone didn’t work. I brushed my teeth and the drain wouldn’t drain so I had to put my hand in the water and lift the drain. The service at the front desk was terrible and not very friendly.
Business response:
Richard, thank you for choosing our hotel. We are sorry for the issues you encountered in your room and regret you did not have a positive experience with our front desk team. We have taken note of your feedback and have shared it with the maintenance and front desk team to be more diligent in their efforts so that it is not repeated with our future guests. Please consider giving us another chance to prove we are up to the task of delivering excellent service and accommodations. Sincerely, Hotel Management
Very unclean, short staffed, broken elevator. Wouldn’t stay here again. Way too over priced for this hotel.

We have no excuses to offer, but we do extend our sincerest apologies and want you to know that we are making adjustments and working to deliver better hospitality going forward. We were in town for the sold out LSU game. We arrived at 11:00am and couldn’t check in because they didn’t have a room available, which is understandable. We were told that if we were back before midnight that we could check in then. After the game we called the hotel just to be sure. They lady informed us that they no longer had any rooms available and that Expedia overbooked. Getting a reservation at another hotel that late was impossible. We drove back home 2.5 hours away.
