Worst hotel ever! When we arrived the lady at the front desk said she had no rooms (even though we had a confirmed reservation). Then she “found” a room for us since we had travelled from overseas. The hallways smelled dirty and musky, and the room was no better. We had a roommate... a roach I photographed! Yuck! We wouldn’t let our girls walk barefoot on the carpet and we had serious doubts about the sheets. The kitchenette had no supplies (this May be their format) but I at least expect glasses or plates... nothing, walked into a room with the key i was provided to only see any guest in the room, then key number 2! i won’t ever book again

Liked the location. Did not like upkeep. Was like a spring break rental motel.

I liked the customer service from the desk clerk and the manager in refards to checking in and getting a refund. The roach problem from the guests who live in the property is terrible for travelers like me who just needed a clean and safe place to stay. It was unnerving.

Worst experience ever I was over charged there was no towels which I requested they never came. I had to go get there was no blow dryer which I requested Stains was all in the carpet & the comforter had burns from a cigarette or something

Great location but does not have a ice machine, staff is not friendly, and has HUGE bugs crawling over the bed
