Worst ever The hotel stunk and the elevator broke the second day. The pictures were deceiving. I will never stay at this hotel again.

If you choose to stay here, it’s on you. Avoid this facility like the plague. If you like roaches and used drug injection needles in your room then this is the place for you. Unless they get better trained staff and actually care about their facility this place will be bankrupt in a short time.

The room was dirty. The room had a terrible smell. The bathroom door was missing the outside knob. The television was fuzzy and could not be watched.

Not pleased. Lacks Cleanliness I stayed here a few months ago and did not have a problem with the service or cleanliness of the room. However, I recently stayed here and was not pleased with my experience. The door of the refrigerator was stained and the door had a problem closing. When i walk in, the room had a smoky scent and the bathroom door did not lock. When i woke up the next morning, it felt like i was bitten multiple times (could be bed bugs).

Don't waste your money or time! Room was not clean. No cold water in tub. 1 complete set of towels. No supplies in kitchen and when gives supplies only 2 of everything with 1 coffee mug. No coffee pot. Breakfast was a joke. Will never waste my money here again.

Hotel was trashy and elevators didn’t work. The stairway smelt like straight garbage.

Filthy from the front door to the rooms Our names are Daniel and Rosemary Watford. We reserved a room for the night of July 5, 2019. After checking into the first and finding that it had not been cleaned at all, we requested another room. The second room was in the same condition, so we requested another room. Kirby Longs tried her best to accommodate us, but there were no other rooms available. She called Hotels.com and had our money refunded.
