It was not a positive experience. The lights went out so it was pitched dark down the halls. The elevators were out so we had to climb down five flights of stairs. There were no vending machines in sight. It was just a creepy experience all the way around.

Lights were out in hall way and stairwell ... extending the stay was difficult staff wasn’t very helpful

It was dirty. Toilet dirty. Bed dirty. No remote for tv. Roach in bathroom. Etc

Couldn’t get out fast enough!!! This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do not stay here!!! The keys didn’t work and we were locked outside banging on the door. No one at the front desk. When another guest finally let us in, we saw the desk clerk in the back watching a movie. Then the key wouldn’t open my room. Went back to the desk and yelled. She came out with an attitude. Helpful staff. Dirty doors when you walk in and front desk and luggage carrier. First room no AC, second room bugs-roaches, third room perfect.

I just thought y’all was a none smoking place 3 rd floor guy open door it was nothing but smoke went to second floor smell in room was horrible I come to Baton Rouge from Houston and I stay here but never ever again will me and my husband book their again

Horrible decision. Never again Smelled cigarette smoke soon as i walked in. Another guest pitbull was all over my leg at checkin. Rooms were not clean, bed sheets had hair, towels were dingy, walls had chipped and missing paint, refrigerator rusty on outside, elevator was broke, breakfast was coffe, oatmeal packs and muffins that were a no show!! Never again!
