The hotel needs some TLC The young lady at the desk was awesome! The hotel itself was horrible!!!! The elevator didn't work, the stove in the room was missing an eye, and the wifi wouldn't connect!

Horrible customer service from hotels.com Hotels.com booked the wrong date because the app kept crashing while trying to confirm and it reset the date of reservation. I went to check in and they said my reservation was for the previous day. The hotel would not refund hotels.com and hotels.com would do nothing to fix it and would not refund my money. Will not return!!! Front clerk was rude, beds were miserable, no hair dryer and when I wanted to call the front desk there was no phone. It took 20 minyyo reach someone locally to get one!!!

The property wreaked of marijuana ,there were bodily fluids in the elevators floor, cigarette burns on bedding, the refrigerator leaked water and the morning front desk person wasn't professional at all...

The kitchen area was the only thing unique about this property. The room was not clean, it smelled of smoke...even though the property is supposed to be smoke free, tub and bathroom was dirty. There was several roaches found in the bathroom. No small towels were in the bathroom and also there was just a few pieces of toilet paper left. No new roll. Nightare on Corporate Blvd. No one was at desk upon arrival. Elevator appeared to have been urinated on and possibly feces all over walls of elevator. Hallways looked like a horror remake of Psycho. The curtains did not even cover the entire window and the chair in room was in disrepair and looked horriblem I will not ever stay here again.

rooms are run down , stains in the bath tub, rooms need to be remodled,stayed one night,canceld the other four night ,and got another hotel.
