Filthy—everywhere -halls elevators my room had food on the floor no pillows. Dirty . The entire place was disgusting! I requested a refund immediately and left. Expedia should not list this on their website!

Rough start When I arrived I heard the front desk person telling a customer that she was going to move her off the 4th floor. Only, for me to realize that the reason she moved her was because her room was dirty. I was given a key and was asked to check the room for cleanliness before we did any paperwork. So I head up to the 4th floor only to discover that there was pee all of the toilet. I brought the key back and was asked to check another room...that one was clean!! I checked into 2 rooms for our trip to Baton Rouge. 1 room for my husband and I and another for our children. To my surprise when we opened the door for our teen boys, all of the cabinets were open and the tv was on. I looked around to make sure no one else was there. A little disturbing! Run The service was horrible. If you're tired and need to stop, not rest. Maybe stay here. I had to stand at the front desk and call from my mobile phone for someone to check me out. Website said breakfast, bot. The pictures on the internet are VERY deceptive.

Ash tray living Took 4 rooms to finally check in room #1 still dirty with towels everywhere #2 reeked of air freshener/cigarettes/staleness and migraine inducing #3 smelled like an ashtray #4 least offensive odor of the 4 seen. I figured it couldn't get better in this place. Winner room had pubic hair in the tub, fridge door generalized covered in rust, and I wore shoes at all times bc I was afraid to touch the carpet.
