This property room size was good. The kitchen was ok. The front desk lady at the desk was great. The bad: Our room the first night was terrible. The room over our room had children I was told. The children kept running and jumping up and down in their room. We got no sleep. The lady at the desk changed our room. The new room had roaches. I had never stayed in a hotel room with roaches. Terrible conditions, dirty room, awful bathroom, disgusting service...don’t go there

The room was not completely ready at the time of check-in. Also, the room had a terrible smell.

The toilet did not work. The sockets were broken WiFi did not work refrigerator was dirty had towels left from previous guess the greeting was not a greeting whil she was suppose to be talking to me she started a conversation with someone who forbid off the elevator. A motel 6 would have been better

Could not stay the night locked out no service Did not leave a key for me to get in. Was not able to stay at the hotel for the night no one at front desk and locked out.

Condition of furniture and appliances were not good, foyer area was sticky like something was spilled on it and hadn’t been moped. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating.

Last Resort Room was smelly like it had been smoked in even thought they say no smoking. We stayed for two days but they never came to clean the room or bring more towels. We checked in on Friday evening and they had Stanley steamer cleaning the lobby and had it blocked off. Who does that in the middle of peak check in time. Advertised lots of channels but only had 5 that worked. Wouldn’t stay here again unless it was the only hotel available.
