Outdated and drugs being smoked in the building. A poor excuse for an Extended Stay.

This is a smoke free hotel... but our room smelled like 1000 cigarettes had been smoked in that room. The refrigerator had been unplugged and the horrific smell nearly knocked me down when i opened the door. Also looked like a soda had been thrown against the front door and left to dry.The bedside lamps didn't work, exposed wires from where the cord was cut. The shampoo had been used, was maybe a 1/4 full and thr soap also had been used and put back in the wrapper. Asked to change rooms but was told there were none available... read more

Filthy carpet, foul odor throughout the building. Staff was very friendly and sweet. I had to ask for everything. I was not offered clean towels, I had to go get them. I had no comforter on bed. Only a thin blanket and sheet which made my night very uncomfortable. Elevator was half broken and very slow and creaky. Only one elevator works. Scary yelling and screaming noises down the spooky hall. I was at the very end of that hall and felt very unsafe walking to and from my room. They gave me a room that was not cleaned. Used towels every where and alcohol bottles every where in the room. Very dirty and disappointing and later when asked to change the room the lady got upset and she gave a room which had no toiletries and no utensils in the kitchen. Horrible service.

Took 45 minutes to check in from a weirdly scolding night staff. After sending us to an occupied room she refused to give a new room right away and disapeared for 15 more minutes. At 2 am we got a pretty dirty room bit the beds looked ok & we were glad to sleep after a long road trip. Cigarette smoke got heavy even though I book non smoking. No stopper in tub. Morning staff friendly& gave me shampoo. Key card stopped working. Oy

It was absolutely filthy! The entire facility. The elevators had junk on the floor food stains . Nasty. Hallway was filthy. Walked into room food on the floor. No pillows. Felt dirty just being there. Expedia should
