Good location. Nice area The studio we rented eeded work. TV was not working properly. Paint was peeling off the walls. The kitchen was empty. No dishes, glass ware etc On a positive note the office staff was friendly & helpful

Lobby was smelling of smoke and weed into elevators and in hallways

The entire third floor smelled like marijuana and we felt very unsafe with the type of people hanging around outside

After booking my room two weeks in advance and then calling on my to La. to let the hotel I’m running late and will still be coming but I’ll be checking in later that night, I was told my room had been given to someone else and no more rooms were available I refused to leave because of my reservation the clerk all of a sudden found a room for me after I had to become angry and ugly and it only took him 10 minutes to do so and then the toilet was not working properly so I called front desk and explained what was going on and ... read more

hotel room Our first room assignment was on the 2nd floor right above the mechanical room downstairs which caused a humming noise and caused the TV and dresser to vibrate. When we requested another room, they sent us to a room that had a bathroom in the midst of being remodeled and there were no fixtures (faucet, knobs, shower head, etc.). They then sent us to a third room that a faint smell of old shrimp (the rooms have a kitchenette). We gave up at this point, bought some Lysol spray and lived with it. Not what I was expecting! I have never stayed at an extended stay place before so maybe I was expecting more of a hotel experience but when I arrived to check in at 9:30 PM I was told that there were no single non-smoking rooms available even though I had reserved my room and paid for it one week prior to my visit. I told the person just give me whatever non-smoking room you have available at the same price and she just kept repeating that all she had were double rooms and she had single smoking rooms but she only had double... read more

We’ll never stay here again. Towel service was lousy. We had to wait over 2 hours on several occasions and told that they were being washed. The hotel have regular tenants and my hallway smell like marijuana every night. This would not have been a problem but we had our 2 month old son during our stay at this hotel. Also some rooms were being renovated and there was violative smells in the hallways and elevators. We should have been told about the renovations before we booked our stay at this hotel.

Never stay at this dump... We checked in on 4/5/18, the front dest clerk was rude, smaking food while talking to us and didnt seem to know what she was doing...went to the room and had no wash clothes. Was told "WE AINT GOT NONE", even the next morning the housekeeper said there wasnt any and offered me a bath towel to cut up to take a bath. On the 3rd day we requested to have our room cleaned and was promised it would be done by the manager.
