Horrible I never rated a room but this is necessary. Our stay was horrible. Customer service was unprofessional. Room was uncleaned. Broken light fixture & bathroom dirty. They also book someone else our room who was trying 2 come in @ midnight. Breakfast no breakfast & then the front desk person was telling people that the hotel has roaches!

DISAPPOINTED & When we first got here to our room the sheets had stains, the guest before us left items behind. The housekeeper half cleaned the room. I immediately called the front desk & we were moved. This hotel says breakfast is offered but when we got up this morning the only thing we found was an empty basket where only muffins were supposed to be!! I'm VERY disappointed for the price we paid for the hotel. NEVER again will we stay here!!!!

Just needed a bed Place is old. Sheets have stains. Overpriced for what you get. But just needs a bed for a night so it was sufficient

Awful smoke smell in entire facility. Dirty elevator. Dirty sheets on bed. Workers looked as if they were high.

NOT the best experience The floor in my room had definitely not been vacuumed and the hallway looked the same. I stayed on the 1st floor. The room had a funny smell to it as well. The refrigerator and the counter top had stains on them. Definitely not a good experience. I was only staying for one night, so it was tolerable, but I will definitely not be staying here again.

Not Good The A/C barely worked at all and the room never got cool enough over night. There was something all over the leather recliner, have no idea what it was, nor do I care to know. The spots of whatever it was were visible in the lamp light. The "grab-and-go" breakfast was pitiful and not even worth a quick glance at coffee canisters..I went elsewhere immediately. Unprofessional The front desk clerk was very rude using foul language. Told me I couldn’t check in because she couldn’t find my reservations. Showed my email with confirmation and I was told it’s not going to help if it’s not on her computer. Very rude, very disrespectful, and unprofessional!

Do not stay here The grounds outside were dirty as well as inside of hotel—the rooms were pretty beat up—asked for towels never got them—outlets in walls had bare wires—free internet never worked—just plain nasty & wont be staying there again

Very very disappointed Room was dirty bathroom floor Inside shower dirty and hairs was on toilet and floor. No tea pot in room whar is the purpose of having a small kitchen if nothing is provides tea or coffee pot. Only coffee and tea provided downstairs in morning i sleep in morning due to working hours. Bed sheets smelled like cigars that is disgusting. You all need to scrub that bathroom down this was not acceptable at all im very very disappointed
