Broken and Dirty Hairs on sheets, trash, mud and stains on floors, bulbs out, heater wouldn’t work in one of our rooms. Excellent staff, though. Made every effort to make amends by waiving room charges

Bust We booked non smoking and got a room with smoking now my kids are sick as he'll.... they said free breakfast lol joke it was coffee or tea and a cearl bar --i want my money back really worst hotel stay ever..

the hotels.com website and the hotel's website say cash accepted with a $100 deposit. I called the day of reservation to confirm it was ok and to report late check in. i was assured that there would be no problem. when my employee arrived there, they would not accept cash unless it was more than a 7 day stay, that is not stated on website nor was i told this 5-6 hours earlier on the phone. i had to get very irate with the front desk before they finally accepted the cash.

Do not accept cash payments Do not take cash payments for 7 nights and under, you should not be able to reserve online with card payment.

Not worth the low price. Although entrance is recently renovated, stepping into the elevator is where this hotel starts to go downhill. Elevator door is scratched up by idiots who think it’s funny. The rooms are not clean: fridge scratched and stained, vents in bathroom layered in dust, stained floors, rooms stink like smoke. Although “non-smoking,” I’m guessing the rooms used to be “smoking” because it smelled so bad. My bag and clothes smelled like smoke when I left. We will never stay at this location again.
