Property was in highway which is inherently noisy but not nearly as noisy as the “air conditioner” (in quotations due to it not working and squealing noises from fan motor). Found overall cleanliness sub-par at best with previous patrons hair in linens and shower…Room had odd smell as well. Cut my stay short and went across town to another reputable hotel that was reasonably affordable on short notice.

front desk clerk should get deep training on etiquette and clothes appearance.says fullbreakfast and only get a to-go bag.no drinking cups in room or water for clients.clerk says computer cannot check me in 30 min. early but was able to at 2:57pm long day driving andarrived to that.as a customer iasked to use the bathroom and was told we dont have a public washroom but i was checking in ..no etiquette at all. no way to treat seniors. Will never stay at another.

BYO Ear Plugs! Zero sound insulation between rooms! If the people in the next room are even having a casual conversation, you'll be able to easily hear their voices. If they play music you'd better like what they're playing and not be trying to sleep.

Hair stuck to walls of shower, bathroom fan that cannot be shut off without turning light off (the noise from the fan was easily 70 decibels), and the mattresses were so old, the bed looked like two canyons. All this could be excusable, but the front desk gal was rude, and said a slur I cannot repeat on here.

Disappointed When we entered our room there was a horrible odor. The desk clerk sprayed febreeze all over to mask it. We finally discovered a trash bag that had not been dumped. It took several hours with the window open to clear. During the night the bottom sheet came off the bed and we were left sleeping on the mattress cover. Then to top it all off when we tried to take a shower we couldn’t turn on the faucet. We left with no shower and will never stay here again. I will say the front desk help was very nice.
